Jerry A. Roff is the founding apostle of The Fire House Church and Increasing Fire Ministries. He has been married to Charlotte for 31 years. They have two adult daughters, Jenna and Jillian. A son in law John, and two grandchildren. Jerry has been preaching since 1984. Over the years he has served in other churches as children’s pastor, youth pastor, associate pastor and worship leader. He pastored the Fire House Church in Columbus for 9 years and is now ministering in meetings and conferences in Lancaster and Columbus, Ohio and traveling and ministering wherever else he is invited.He has been "Ordained" with the Evangelistic Messenger’s Association since 1993 and is also ordained with Jerry Savelle Ministries.
Jerry and Charlotte went to the "Brownsville Revival" serveral times and were set on fire and determined to never let that fire go out.
Jerry has a burning desire to see God's people set ablaze by the Fire of God and to continue to stay on fire! He loves nothing more then to be in the presence of God and to see others get transformed by the Word of God and the touch of God! He is a revivalist at heart and loves to be apart of renewal/revival wherever God is moving!
Jerry desires to mentor and raise up other preachers and those wanting to do the works of the ministry.
He carries with him the anointing and authority that comes with the apostolic call on his life, and loves to see people come to Christ and get healed, set free, delivered and set on fire!

Charlotte Roff serves along side her husband in the ministry and is his helpmeet in life as well as ministry. The Lord is stepping her more into a pastoral role as well as releasing more of the "seer" prophetic gifting in her. Charlotte led the worship at the Fire House Church and is a prayer warrior, true worshipper, and a perfect example of a Proverbs 31 woman!
She has worked in Christian Education at a Christian Child Care Center for the past 22 years and is the assistant administator.
Pastor Charlotte has also ministered at several women's conferences and is willing to do more.
